Terms of Service & Disclaimer

1. Vehicle Condition

The customer represents that the vehicle is in safe operating condition and free of known mechanical defects that could affect the service. Reliable Lube Co. LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, fluid leaks, engine damage, or other issues discovered or occurring before, during, or after service.

2. Limitation of Liability & Waiver

Customer acknowledges that Reliable Lube Co. LLC is providing mobile automotive maintenance services. Reliable Lube Co. LLC, its owner, and employees shall not be held liable for any pre-existing conditions, mechanical failures, or damages that occur as a result of the vehicle’s age, condition, or prior maintenance history. Customer accepts all risk associated with the condition of the vehicle prior to service.

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered on the specific job.

3. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reliable Lube Co. LLC, its owner, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the services performed, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Reliable Lube Co. LLC.

4. Used Oil & Filters

Used oil and filters will be properly contained and disposed of in accordance with applicable environmental regulations. The customer retains ownership of any drained fluids until disposal.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Customer Authorization

The customer authorizes Reliable Lube Co. LLC to perform the listed services and acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and discuss any concerns prior to service.
