Terms and Conditions
Reliable Lube Co. LLC
Please read these terms carefully. By booking or accepting services from Reliable Lube Co. LLC, you agree to the following.
1. Services
Reliable Lube Co. LLC provides mobile automotive fluid services, including oil and filter changes and related fluid services. All work is performed at the customer’s location.
2. Vehicle Condition
The customer represents that the vehicle is in safe operating condition and free of known mechanical defects that could affect the service. Reliable Lube Co. LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, fluid leaks, engine damage, or any issues discovered or occurring before, during, or after service.
3. Limitation of Liability
Reliable Lube Co. LLC and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the services performed, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of use, or environmental claims. Liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered on the specific job.
4. Used Oil and Filters
Used oil and filters will be properly contained and disposed of in accordance with applicable environmental regulations. The customer retains ownership of any drained fluids until disposal.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.
6. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on actual vehicle condition and parts required. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until a job is accepted.
7. Customer Authorization
By accepting a job or quote, the customer authorizes Reliable Lube Co. LLC to perform the listed services and confirms they have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and discuss any concerns prior to work beginning.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
